If you’re here, you’re leading or assisting with the rollout of Claude Enterprise at your company. This course walks you through the five decisions that shape how Claude works for your organization, in the order those decisions depend on each other.

Every decision lesson walks the same three steps: your decision · the choices you can make · if you change this later. A work-along companion, introduced in Lesson 1 and filled in lesson by lesson, records what you decide and who owns it, and becomes the rollout plan you keep. Pluto, a fictional company, is the running example throughout, so every decision is shown on a concrete organization before you make it for your own.

Learning objectives

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Make and defend the five configuration decisions that determine whether Claude becomes infrastructure at your company
  • Choose among the options for each decision, and weigh what it costs to change your mind later
  • Read how the decisions connect, and predict how a change to one setting cascades across the others
  • Turn your work-along companion into the rollout plan you walk your stakeholders through at kickoff

Prerequisites

  • No prior exposure assumed.
  • Owner access to your Claude Enterprise organization helps you work along — the five decisions are organization-wide settings that take Owner-level access — but it isn’t required to finish the course.

Who this course is for
