Claude 101 is the starting point for anyone bringing Claude into their everyday work. You'll go from your first conversation and the basics of effective prompting through to projects, artifacts, and skills, then on to Connectors, Enterprise Search, and Research for working with your tools, your company's knowledge, and the web. Along the way you'll see how Chat, Cowork, and Code in the desktop app fit different kinds of tasks, and you'll finish with role-based use cases and a tour of Claude Code, Claude Tag, Claude Design, Claude for Microsoft 365, and Claude in Chrome.

Prerequisites

  • A Claude account on any plan (Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise)
  • No prior experience with Claude or other AI assistants needed
  • A few features covered here require a paid plan to try hands-on: Cowork and creating designs, decks, and documents as artifacts (on Team and Enterprise, an admin may need to turn these on), and Enterprise Search (Team and Enterprise plans). Each lesson notes where this applies.
