one of these hosts sends x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN. A is the
proxy on a per-host subdomain, with no URL rewriting. B is the proxy under a
path prefix, with the HTML rewritten and fetch/XHR/history
patched in the page. Open the console on a B frame to see what the rewriter
missed.
